Tennessee State Bank operates with a secure network, which will recognize communications from customers using browsers that are compliant with certain security standards. Online Banking The Basic Plan (No Fee - Includes Bill Payment)
 
The Basic + Plan ($15/month and $50 setup fee). Includes: Unlimited Bill Payment, 5 wire transfer requests via Internet per month, 5 ACH file initiations via Internet per month - up to 25 items per file.
 
The Intermediate Plan ($25/month & $50 setup fee). Includes: Unlimited Bill Payment, 10 wire transfer requests via Internet per month, 10 ACH file initiations via Internet per month - up to 50 items per file.
 
The Executive Plan ($50/month & $50 setup fee). Includes unlimited bill payments, unlimited wire transfer requests via Internet, unlimited ACH file initiations via Internet.
 
I understand that if my Cash Management Account exceeds the number of ACH and/or wire request allowed at its plan level, the account may be automatically upgraded to the next level that covers my transaction needs. This would result in a monthly fee increase.

Account Information 

 

Accounts Designated for Online Banking Access

Please type the account number of each account you wish to view online. These may include TSB savings, checking, money markets, CDs, IRAs, and loans. Please note that in order for us to give you access to multiple accounts, the account holders must be identical on all accounts. Also, we cannot provide access to accounts that require two signatures for withdrawals. As a precautionary step, once your Online Banking Account is set up, we will not display your account number on the screen. Therefore, we recommend that you use a descriptive name to refer to each account (ex: Opertaing, Payroll, etc). Please indicate whether you would like to make transfers to and from each account, or if you would simply like to view account activity.

Transaction Limitations

Regulation D defines a Money Market Deposit Account (MMDA) as a type of savings account. Regulation D also defines the number and types of transfers that can be made from a MMDA or from any savings account during a month and retain its savings deposit status.

During any month you may not make more than 6 withdrawals or transfers to another account of yours or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer or telephone order or instruction, computer transfer, or by check, draft, debit card or similar order to a third party. 

Examples of Limited Transactions

  • Checks, drafts, debit card or similar transactions made to third parties such as other institutions and merchants 
  • ACH debits
  • Sweep, automatic, or overdraft transfers
  • Telephone transfers or TSB NetTeller Online Banking transfers
  • Point of sale card transactions
  • Transfers to third parties made via computer through on-line banking or through on-line bill pay mechanism

Permissible Transactions

The following types of transfers or withdrawals from a savings/MMDA account are permissible in unlimited numbers:

  • Transfers for the purpose of repaying a loan at our bank
  • Transfers to another account of the same depositor at our bank when they are made in person, by mail or messenger, or by an ATM
  • Withdrawals when they are made in person, by mail or messenger, or by an ATM
  • Withdrawals requested by telephone when a check is mailed directly to you
