“Banking On the Go”

 

  • Log in to Tennessee State Bank’s NetTeller Online Banking
  • Click Options>Mobile Settings and check the box to enable web access
  • Enter your mobile telephone number (required)
  • Select your wireless provider from the drop-down menu (required)
  • Select the account(s) you wish to access from your mobile device and Submit
  • Review the Mobile Banking Agreement and click I Agree
  • An SMS Text Message with enrollment confirmation and Tennessee State Bank's Mobile Website will be sent to your mobile device following completion of the mobile settings.
  • You may then begin using your mobile device to access your accounts.

Log in to Mobile Web Banking

Access Tennessee State Bank’s website at https://www.airteller.com/tnstatebank and enter your ID and Password. Choose one of the options below from the Main Menu.

Viewing Transactions

  • Select My Accounts from the main menu.
  • From the list of accounts displayed select which account you want to view. A summary screen with your Account Balance displays.
  • Transactions from the last 30 days display in groups of 4 transactions per page. Select the date for transaction details. Select Transactions to return to the list of transactions
  • From the transaction list select My Accounts to return to the list of accounts or Main to return to the main menu.

Transferring Funds

  • Select Transfers from the Main Menu.
  • Choose the account to transfer funds from.
  • Choose the account to transfer funds to.
  • Enter amounts in the dollar and cents fields and select Submit.
  • A confirmation message and number display after the transfer is complete.
  • An SMS Text Message will be sent to confirm the transfer.

Paying Bills

  • Select Pay Bills from the Main Menu.
  • Select the Payee (must be an existing payee).
  • Select the pay-from account and continue to the next screen.
  • Enter the amounts in the dollars and cents fields and select Submit.
  • A confirmation message and number display after the bill payment is complete.
  • An SMS Text Message will be sent to confirm the transfer.
  • Payments will process during the next bill pay processing time.

Log in to Mobile Text Banking

Mobile Banking Text (SMS) is also available for customers. This solution is ideal for customers who do not own mobile devices with internet capability but do have mobile devices with texting capability.

General Procedures:

  • Log in to Tennessee State Bank’s NetTeller Online Banking
  • Click Options>Text Mobile Settings and check the box to enable text access
  • Enter your mobile telephone number (required)
  • Select your wireless provider from the drop-down menu (required)
  • Select the account(s) you wish to access via text, and create a Mobile short name for each selected account and Submit
  • Review the Mobile Text Agreement and check the box to accept these full terms and conditions; click Confirm
  • User receives a text message indicating they must text a reply of YES to activate the service.
  • User receives confirmation text message that their enrollment is complete.
  • User should retain the phone number as it will be used to text SMS messages to for account information. The TSB Mobile number is 89549.

Valid SMS Messages:

  • Help – Returns command references
  • Bal – Returns balance for enrolled accounts
  • Bal <account short name> - Returns balance for specified account
  • Hist – Returns last 4 transactions for all enrolled accounts
  • Hist<account short name> - Returns last 4 transactions for specified account
  • Stop – Disables enrollment for text mobile banking

Messages are not case sensitive

The Welcome Text reminds that Msg&Data rates may apply; STOP will cancel text messaging service.

Mobile Banking Apps

TSB apps are now available for our Mobile Banking customers.  These apps are free and convenient, putting banking at your fingertips.  You must be a TSB NetTeller Online Banking Customer in order to access any of our Mobile Banking solutions.  If you have a QR code scanner on your phone, you can click here to view the QR codes that will directly link to our app. You can also search for Tennessee State Bank at the app store or use the links below.
